1. Purchase and Delivery Process for Notion Templates

  • Third-party platform redirection: By clicking the purchase buttons for Notion templates on our website, you will be redirected to our store on Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy, where you can complete your purchase.
  • Automatic delivery: After your payment is successfully processed on the selected platform (Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy), you will automatically receive a link to access the Notion template you purchased.
  • Duplicating the template in Notion: Once you receive the template link, simply open it and click "Duplicate" or "Start with this template" in the top right corner to add the template to your Notion workspace.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy for Notion Templates

  • All sales are final: Because Notion templates are digital products, all sales are final.
  • Once you have received the template link, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be offered due to the digital nature of the product, which is accessible immediately after purchase.
  • By making a purchase, you agree and understand that you cannot request a refund or cancel your order after receiving the template link.

3. Custom Software Development Services

In addition to Notion templates, I also offer custom software development services. The following terms apply to these services:

  • Project Scope and Agreement: All legal terms, licenses, working conditions, and methodology for custom software development services will be outlined in detail in the project proposal or contract. These documents will cover the scope of work, timelines, deliverables, payment structure, and any other relevant terms.

  • Availability of Services: Please note that the availability of my custom software development services is subject to my current schedule. Due to ongoing projects and other commitments, I may not always be available to take on new work immediately or at short notice. Project start dates will be discussed and confirmed based on availability.

  • Project Acceptance: I carefully evaluate each proposed project to ensure alignment with my areas of expertise, values, and capacity. While I strive to meet a wide range of client needs, I reserve the right to decline any project at my discretion. This may occur if the project is outside our area of expertise, does not align with my core values, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

  • Payments and Milestones: The payment terms for custom software services, including any deposits, milestone payments, or final payments upon project completion, will be clearly defined in the contract or proposal. Payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as detailed in the agreement.

  • Cancellations and Refunds:

    • Before project commencement: You may cancel a custom software development project before any work begins. In such cases, any deposits or payments made will be refunded, minus any administrative fees, as specified in the contract.
    • After work has begun: Once development has started, cancellation may still be possible, but any payments already made are non-refundable. This includes deposits or milestone payments for work already completed at the time of cancellation.

4. General Terms for Notion Templates and Custom Software Services

  • Template Usage: By purchasing a Notion template, you are granted a personal-use license. This means you can use the template within your own Notion workspace.

  • Redistribution of templates is prohibited: You may not resell, share, or redistribute the templates in any form, in whole or in part, without our express written consent.

  • Third-party Platform Responsibility: Purchases for Notion templates are handled by Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy. Any issues related to payments or technical errors on these platforms should be directed to their respective support teams.

  • No Guarantees on Outcomes: While I strive to provide high-quality Notion templates and custom software solutions, I do not guarantee that the products or services will meet all of your expectations or be error-free.

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon publication.
