Minimum requirements to use the Notion template

You need a Notion account to use the Notion templates. If you don't have an account yet, sign up for an account. Notion has plans from FREE to Enterprise!

I have a Notion Free Plan account. Can I use the templates including charts?

Yes! However, some Notion features, such as charts and automations, may be limited or unavailable for FREE plans. If you’re on a Free plan, you can create one chart, and if you’re on a paid plan, you can create unlimited charts. Chart view availability.

In most templates available on the web, the charts are placed in a separate section of the template and/or as an additional view, so you can start using the template without having to remove any elements.

However, not all templates include these features. If they are included, they will be announced in the screenshots and description of the template.

How I will receive the template?

Delivery is automatic upon successful payment. Open the template link you'll receive after purchase. Click "Duplicate" or “Start with this template” in the upper right corner to duplicate the template into your workspace.

Do you have a refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of Notion templates, all sales are final. Once you have received the template link, I cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Can I customize my template?

Sure you can! The Notion templates can be used as a starting point or as a basis for your own creation. You are free to modify the template to meet your specific needs and/or comply with your country's regulations, if applicable.

Can I share the template?

No. It is not allowed to distribute, share or resell the template either in its original form or with any modifications.

Purchasing the template grants you a personal license to use it. This means that you can only share this template with your internal team if you are in the same workspace, but you cannot share it with third parties.

The Notion templates can be used as a starting point or as a basis for your own creation. You are free to modify the template to meet your specific needs and/or comply with your country's regulations, if applicable.

How do I learn how to use Notion?

How are the template updates handled?

In Notion, updates are not automatically distributed to the duplicated templates, because when you duplicate a template, it becomes "independent" and thus disconnected from the original template.

The changes made to the original template are described in the changelog.

The changes must be applied manually, i.e. users can download a copy of the new version, use the new template as an example, and modify the aspects they wish to implement in their template.
